The major mission of the learning lodge is to encourage effective study in a community, which aligns with my goals. However, I am also working on personal branding and content creation. My problem is that I’m very inconsistent so I have trouble time growing my account. Is it acceptable to share a daily to-do list in the Lodge that includes both academic and non-academic goals? Of course, I’m not looking to promote my account in the community, just to stay accountable.
→ The Learning Lodge’s mission aligns perfectly with supporting individuals who need consistency in their pursuits. Many members, including influencers and job seekers, report non-academic tasks daily. You’re welcome to share both academic and non-academic goals in your daily to-do list. This approach can help you stay accountable without promoting your account within the community.
If i understand it correctly, we need to commit at least 3 hours in the study room daily. What if I have other commmitment and can’t attend every day? Or if I’m taking a break for some times?
→ While aiming for 3 hours daily in the study room is ideal, it’s not strictly mandatory. We understand that members have other commitments and may need breaks. The key is to participate as much as you can. You can consult with your study partners about your schedule, and checking the progress-sharing room will give you a good idea of how to proceed.
Is it mandatory to have the camera on? I’m not too comfortable with that.
→ We have two study rooms to accommodate different preferences. Room 1 allows cameras to be off, suitable for relaxed studying or when you have technical issues. Room 2 requires cameras on, ideal for focused study sessions or those who need visual accountability. In Room 2, you don’t have to show your face directly - a side view or just your computer is fine. We aim to provide options that make everyone comfortable.
Is the payment done monthly or annually? What are the options if I need to leave the community in the future?
→The membership fee is £5 per month, which we believe offers exceptional value for a dedicated community. There’s no long-term commitment - members are free to join or leave as their goals and circumstances change. If you need to leave in the future, you can do so without any specific process. However, we always appreciate hearing feedback, so feel free to discuss your reasons with the community or organizers if you wish.
